1. Eligibility & Requirements

  • Quality issues (e.g., T-shirt fabric holes, broken hoodie zippers, jeans seam tears) need clear photos for verification.
  • Wrong/missing items require order screenshots + product comparison photos (mark errors like wrong jeans waist size).

2. Process

  1. Apply: Email cline.settee-2w@icloud.com with your order number, item type (e.g., "black crewneck T-shirt"), reason, and proof (if needed).
  2. Review: We’ll reply with results in 2 business days. Approved requests get a return address (our Searcy hub: 1314 Roundabout Circle, Searcy Arkansas 72143, or nearby warehouse) + a unique return ID (mark on the package).
  3. Ship Back: Send items within 7 days (fold T-shirts/hoodies to avoid wrinkles; wrap jeans to prevent dye transfer).
  4. Finalize: We inspect within 3-5 days. Qualified exchanges ship in 48 hours; refunds process in 3-5 business days.

3. Fee Details

  • Quality/wrong items: We cover round-trip shipping (reimburse up to $25 via logistics receipt). For minor issues (e.g., missing hoodie drawstrings), we send replacements for free (no return needed).
  • Personal reasons (e.g., wrong T-shirt size, jeans style regret): You pay return shipping. A 5% fee of the item’s original price applies to returns (covers packaging loss).
  • Ineligible items: If items show use (e.g., T-shirt stains, jeans hem scuffs), returns/exchanges are refused—you cover return shipping.
