Q: Are the hoodies thick enough for winter?
A: We have two hoodie styles: Fleece-lined (thick, ideal for 30-50°F/winter) and French terry (lightweight, for 50-70°F/fall/spring). Style tags on product pages note thickness—look for “Winter Fleece” for cold weather.
Q: Do the jeans stretch over time? How to pick the right waist size?
A: Yes—our jeans have 2%-5% stretch (retains shape after wear). Choose your usual waist size (e.g., 32” if you typically wear 32” jeans) — they’ll loosen slightly but won’t bag out.

Q: How to wash the T-shirts to avoid shrinking?
A: Machine wash cold (max 30°C), tumble dry low. Avoid hot water/high heat—cotton-blend T-shirts may shrink 1%-2% if washed in hot water.
Q: Can the hoodie zippers be repaired if they break?
A: We don’t offer zipper repair, but contact us within 15 days of delivery if the zipper is faulty (e.g., stuck, broken teeth)—we’ll send a replacement hoodie for free.
Q: How to keep jeans from fading?
A: Wash inside out in cold water, use mild detergent, and air dry (or tumble dry low). Avoid bleaching or washing with light-colored clothes (new jeans may bleed slightly first wash).

Q: Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
A: Orders ship from our Searcy, Arkansas hub (1314 Roundabout Circle, Searcy Arkansas 72143) or nearby warehouses. 3-5 days to U.S./European core areas; 7-10 days to remote regions—we ship to 90+ countries.
Q: How to track my apparel order (e.g., a pair of jeans)?
A: A tracking number is sent to your email after shipping. Check status in “My Orders” or via carriers like DHL/USPS.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I exchange a hoodie for a different size if it’s too small?
A: Yes—within 30 days of delivery, as long as the hoodie is unused (no wear marks) and has original tags/packaging. You cover return shipping; we send the new size for free.
Q: What if my T-shirt has a hole in the fabric (quality issue)?
A: Contact us within 15 days with photos—we offer free returns/exchanges and cover all shipping costs. For minor issues, we may send a refund without needing the T-shirt returned.
